How do I order a cake?
Please contact the store on 0434 873 867 to place an order. We do not take orders through our website.
How much notice do I need to place an order?
We require a minimum of 5 days notice on all cake orders. Custom cake orders (including Wedding orders) require more time, and varies depending on the order. We strongly advise that you place your order with as much time as possible to avoid disappointment.
Can I cancel my order?
Any cancellations made 3 days out from assigned pick up date, deposit is automatically forfeited. Wedding Cake cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks.
Can I place an order in person?
Yes! Come and visit us at 255 Mary Street Richmond 3121

Do you make custom designs?
Yes we do. We LOVE to do custom designs. Keep in mind we work mainly with butter cream so fondant images and designs will be by custom order only.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, we cannot confirm your order until a 50% deposit has been made. The remaining amount is required on pick up.
Do you cater for allergies?
That is what we do best here at Tidbit. Our bakery is 100% egg, dairy and animal product free and we offer many gluten free products. Please note we do use gluten and nuts on the premises but do our best to prevent contamination.
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver at this stage. In your confirmation email you will be given a time for pick up in store.
Do you wholesale your cakes?

Do you have ready made cakes we can come and pick up today?
Unfortunately, all cakes are made to order, we will occasionally have some in store so please call before making a visit.
We have cupcakes and slices available in store daily.
How do I transport my cake?
All of our cakes a delicate and need to be transported in safe manner. We suggest putting the cake on the floor of the passenger seat if you are alone, or getting someone to hold it for you while you drive. We do not recommend putting them in the boot of your car. Please keep this in mind when you pick up your cake.
